| Tony Leung (梁朝伟) is a Hong Kong actor and singer. He is one of Asia's most successful and internationally recognized actors. He made his acting debut in 1981 with the television series The Young Heroes of Shaolin. In 1982, he graduated from television channel TVB's acting class and he was initially cast him as the host of a children's programme, 430 Space Shuttle, but soon moved to drama roles, beginning with Soldier of Fortune (1982). He made his debut as singer in 1985 with "朦朧夜雨裡" (Raining Night). He started a releationship with Hong Kong actress Carina Lau in 1989, and they married on July 21 , 2008. |
